Rent Topeka Homes, Inc. understands that your animals are family too! We are happy to rent to residents who have animals.  If you would like to have an animal there is an additional charge of $25.00 per month per animal and an additional $100.00 Non-refundable animal deposit. The following restrictions are imposed on us by our insurance company and if your animal meets one of these restrictions we cannot allow you to bring them to your home. Exclusions: Dangerous or Aggressive dogs. Dangerous or Aggressive dogs means: 1.  Any dog with a known propensity, tendency or disposition to attack with out provocation, to cause injury or to otherwise endanger the safety of human beings or domestic animals; or 2.  Any dog which has engaged in, is intended to engage in, or has been trained to engage in, dog fighting; or 3.  Any dog that has killed or caused injury to any person, or has killed another dog; or 4.  Any dog that belongs to a breed that is commonly known as Akita, Boxer, Great Dane, Pit Bull, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull, Chow, Rottweiler, Doberman, Siberian Husky, Malamute, Presa Canario, Mastiff, Dingo, Wolf, or Wolf-hybrid, or German Shepard and any canine that is a mix of any of these named breeds and any other breed or breeds.
